He was very friendly and made my family and I feel very welcome and comfortable. I did not have a realtor at the time and explained to him what I was looking for and the price range. Before I went to bed that night, Javier emailed me listings of everything I wanted. He was showing me the houses by the following weekend and like he said when I first met him, "I'll have you in escrow in two weeks." And sure enough, he did. I was in escrow in weeks. I've since sold and moved again using Javier as my realtor. He is very proactive and gives up his own free time to do what it takes to get your house SOLD. He will do open houses every weekend if needed and advertise at his own costs. We ran into Javier at an open house and talked a few minutes he said, "give me 1 one day" left our number and went about our day. He called us Monday we sent him a list of what we wanted to see. Saturday comes we look at 19 homes, we made offers on 3. Sunday Javier calls us and told all 3 accepted our offers. We picked 1 Monday morning we're in escrow. Giving him the one day he asked for, was the best decision we could of made. Javier knows what he is doing and he's on top of everything!

A previous realtor was neither honest nor efficient. Meeting Walid was refreshing as he is committed to his client. My Rancho Cucamonga hone sold for the highest price in the area on the first day it was listed. Walid's marketing is superb; you will love the speed at which he is able to work for you. He stays connected with his client so one is comfortable with knowing his progress. Needless to say, I could not be happier.

This sale was an extremely difficult one from the beginning. It was part of a contentious divorce and the other party was very uncooperative. Don was absolutely wonderful. He navigated the sale with professionalism and attention to detail. He was communicative and explained everything that was going on in a way I could understand. Even though the other party made selling this home very difficult, Don pushed through the nonsense and got the house sold quickly. We were dreading selling our house in California due to us living in Arizona, but Don and his daughter made the experience much much better than we ever thought it could be. He was there for us every step of the way, made it so all the papers could be signed via computer and he was always always available to talk and answer questions.. not to mention my house sold the first week! Up until then I had searched for a home for months without success. Walid took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home. He gave great advice and steered me towards the right properties. He was very responsive to my requests and accommodated my hectic schedule. I was in escrow within the month. He negotiated a great deal and I was able to purchase the property below asking price which is quite unheard of these days. He also helped negotiate for seller’s credit towards my closing cost which really helped with the repairs that needed to be done in the house. Along with being a real estate agent, Walid is also a lender. I already had a lender I was working with so I did not use Walid as my lender but he was always available to answer all my loan related questions which was a big plus. He made the process really easy and painless for me. Walid is also a contractor and can take care of all home repair needs quickly and efficiently. I needed to change the floors in my home. Walid brought over the samples and gave me an estimate. I took forever to pick out my floors. Looked at dozens of samples. Once I made a decision though, Walid moved fast and I had my new floors installed within the week. My floors look beautiful and I’m very happy with the whole process.
